We believe that every child is unique and adjusts at his/her own pace. In providing rules for our children, I believe that rules and expectations must be simultaneous: Reasonable, Definable, and Positive.

As young children discover their personalities, responsibilities, and independence, they may encounter difficulties with other children and rules. We strive to provide the most harmonious environments, but if the teachers must intervene, we have outlined our most common techniques.
